Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic B2C Website Lead to join our team for 10 months (replacement maternity leave). This role is pivotal in managing our Belgian B2C website and driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to enhance user experience and maximize online conversions across all Northern European B2C platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the website’s performance, user experience, and content align with our brand standards and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, web analytics, and content management.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Europ Assistance Belgium B2C website.
- Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate and aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency to align website content with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Analyze and monitor website performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Compliance : Ensure the website complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and accessibility. Log and report updates to Legal/Compliance
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Lead CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates.
- Gather insights through tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg heatmaps and recordings to identify frictions areas.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyse results to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Plan and conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback on website usability and functionality.
- Analyse user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to enhance user journeys and increase conversions.
- Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identify issues, and implement improvements.
User Experience: Ensure the website provides an excellent user experience, with intuitive navigation and a responsive design.
Content Strategy: contribute and implement a content strategy that engages and informs our target audience, driving traffic and conversions.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, design, and IT development teams to ensure cohesive execution of website and CRO strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in website management and CRO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field, or similar work experience.
- Experience in website content management and CRO, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Proficiency in A/B testing and data analysis.
- Experience with user testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual: Fluent in either Dutch or French, with good working understanding of the other. English: Proficient, with a solid command of both spoken English.
