We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is enthusiastic, analytical, good at managing projects and has a positive and proactive attitude.
As a member of the digital marketing team based in Brussels, you will report to the Media & Digital Manager and support the B2B sales organisation by generating high quality leads, as well as by boosting the performance of our DTC web shop (www.lorespresso.com/fr_be). You will collaborate with the marketing team, to enhance how we interact with prospects and customers through all digital channels such as search engine advertising (SEA), search engine optimization (SEO), social media and other digital advertising options.
You will be part of a strong marketing team where we value diversity, solidarity and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Create B2B and DTC marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives
- Partner with our media agency to deliver best campaigns
- Maximize the customer journey across all channels, website and digital tools
- Drive projects to generate leads for our B2B sales team
- Manage B2B social media channel, content calendar and find new content opportunities
- Optimize assets and campaigns for DTC
- Report on revenue impact and ROI

Our perfect candidate is a marketeer who uses data, works well with others, is naturally curious, analytical and focused on delivering results that will help the department achieve its KPI metrics. For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, prior experience with B2B lead generation is preferred
- Passionate about digital marketing and curious on trends
- Working knowledge of advertising & analytics platforms (i.e. Meta & Google)
- Excellent numerate, analytical and written communication skills
- Experience with Episerver, Salesforce marketing cloud and/or Google Looker Studio will be an advantage.
- Takes ownership of given responsibilities and delivers
- Fluency in Dutch or French, and English
