The ideal candidate Digital Sales Expert excels in creating, analyzing and optimizing paid campaigns that support digital sales. As a Digital Sales Expert, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maximizing the ROI of our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads: Operationally deploying, optimizing, and monitoring high-quality (paid) sales advertisements, adjusting ad groups, using keyword tools, Google Trends, and recommendations
- Audience Targeting: Delivering targeted messages to relevant audiences
- Customer experience optimization: Using AB and MVT testing, and analysis tools (such as Optisort, Hotjar, CES, and GA/Adobe) to improve the experience and increase customer satisfaction and conversion
- Lead generation: Identifying opportunities with online retail partners, comparison sites, and setting up proofs of concept around leads
- Reporting: Gathering, analyzing, and presenting the KPIs of the online traffic channel
- Briefing the webmaster: Defining necessary developments and improvements for the website, and realizing this together with the webmaster
- Long-term strategy: Facilitating the adoption and expansion of the mobile app, as well as expanding the product offering (e.g., mobile phones, TV sales)
Job requirements
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong in stakeholder management, change management, motivation, agile methodology and a hands-on mentality
- Proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for e-commerce and a strong paid advertising record
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in performance marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or tech-driven environment, or experience through a marketing agency
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are a plus. Knowledge and use of Meta Business Suite is desirable.
