Introduction
Win-win negotiation is a craft. More so, an art. You need to show up at the negotiating table well prepared, with a win-win attitude and a set of behaviors that can make all the difference.
Make yourself a better negotiator!
This training consists of three main parts. First, we take a close look at preparation (listing negotiation points, defining terms of reference, coming up with potential scenarios, etc.). Then we focus on all the behaviors that can make the difference at the negotiating table (based on a British study).
In the third part, we leave ample opportunity to actively practice the concepts and techniques introduced in small groups.

For whom?
This training is designed for people who conduct internal or external negotiations within the organization (marketing, HR...).
Language
The training will be given in French, and the slides will be in French
Participants may respond in the language of their choice.
