Employer marketing

How do you build a stronger brand from within?

Master Class

Introduction

From a good company to a strong brand!
What is employer branding? What is internal branding?

Companies are heavily focused on branding and social media. But what exactly is a brand? And how can you apply it within your company?

In this Master Class, you will learn how to bring your brand to life without a large marketing budget.

What will you learn?

You will learn how a company can become a stronger brand from within. We call this "internal branding," and without internal branding, you cannot build a strong employer branding.

  • Building Blocks of a Strong Brand: Lay the foundations of a solid brand identity and discover how to effectively build it with in your organization.
  • Internal Brand Activation: Make your brand lively, visible, and concrete for all your employees, so it becomes much more than just a poster on the wall and truly lives with in everyone.
  • Development of Your Employer Brand: Understand the crucial elements of the employer marketing flywheel and how to leverage them.
  • Employee Engagement: Discover the drivers of employee engagement and how to transform your employees into your best ambassadors.

For whom?

For HR and (internal) communication managers, for professional brand builders, and actually for everyone in the business world. Marketers can also find inspiration here!
