Agency remuneration & evaluation

How to correctly evaluate and compensate an agency?

Master Class Online

Introduction

In this Master Class, we introduce a methodology for both the remuneration of agencies and the formal evaluation of the relationship with your agency.

For the remuneration part, we provide a clear overview of all remuneration models currently used in the market. We analyze each of these models and discuss their advantages and disadvantages. The focus is on selecting the right remuneration model to foster an effective collaboration.
For the evaluation part, we delve into the various dimensions that are important for assessing your relationship with your agency/agencies. The aim is to conduct an analysis and create a concrete action plan to further optimize the relationship and collaborate more efficiently and effectively.

For this, we present a concrete tool, COLLAB, which has become the Belgian standard for evaluations. We also provide insights into current Belgian evaluation benchmarks.
