Negotiation skills

How do I achieve the best result in a negotiation?

Master Class

Introduction

Everyone negotiates daily. Whether it’s deciding with friends which movie to watch, negotiating with an agency over the terms of an advertising campaign, internal discussions about operating budgets, presenting a business strategy or marketing campaign in a meeting, contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, or subcontractors, or even salary negotiations, it all involves negotiation.

Successful negotiation begins with strong strategic preparation, allowing for flexibility at the negotiation table. Additionally, good psychological and communicative insight helps you optimize your results while simultaneously building bridges.

Most people negotiate based on gut feeling. In this Master Class, you will gain a deeper understanding of the strategy, psychology, and communication aspects of negotiation, so you can maximize every negotiation moving forward.

What will you learn?

After this Master Class, you will not only negotiate more consciously and effectively but also achieve better results.

Through concrete examples, exercises, insights, and tips & tricks, you will be provided with a framework that you can apply directly to any negotiation.

For whom?

The training is aimed at professionals who negotiate on a daily basis, such as those in marketing, sales, procurement, legal, HR, and other relevant departments.
