60 minutes: The evalution: unlocking women’s untapped potential

To address the needs of our members, UBA is organizing 5 sessions on important trends in 2025. This is the second session out of 5.

English 60 minutes

Introduction

Most technological, medical, social, financial, and economic developments have one thing in common: they are unsuitable for, fall short of, or completely overlook half of the population—women. Yet, women make up half of the world’s population and are the super-consumers of this century. Only 1% of all global R&D investments specifically target women, even though they make 80% of all purchasing decisions.

The companies focusing on FemTech, FemHealth, FemSports, FemFinance, and many other sectors are experiencing exponential revenue growth far beyond the standard. What’s happening here, and why is the concept of women economics becoming increasingly relevant for innovation specialists, business leaders, thought leaders, marketers, and investors?

During this 60-minute session, Kristel Vanderlinden, FemTech futurist, will not only unveil the enormous untapped potential of women but also provide a wealth of inspiration and vision regarding the strategic opportunities and innovations that will make a difference today and in the future. Explore the fascinating world of “evalution” innovations and expand your perspective on your own future and that of your company or organization.
