In times of ongoing uncertainty, organizations need more creativity and innovation, while some people seek comfort in their old patterns. In this interactive session, discover the power of your personal creative leadership to manage this polarity. Learn how Creative Thinking provides you with tools to solve challenges or problems (both professionally and personally).

What will you learn?

During the session, participants will be introduced to the methodology of Creative Problem Solving, covering the basic principles of creative thinking, the process of creative problem-solving, and an initial understanding of their personal preferences in relation to this process. Additionally, they will learn to apply several techniques, enabling them to confidently start using these methods themselves. This will be done through interactive exercises.

For whom?

Everyone is welcome to participate. However, this session is especially suited for individuals in line management or project coordination roles.

Language

The training will be given in Dutch.
