If you're an operational and strategic eCom expert with some years of experience on platforms like Amazon and Bol, you already have a good chance. But what's even more important to us is that you fit into our team. You play a key role in of our growing business, and you will work with your colleagues to further shape and roll out the eCom basic foundation.

In addition to building one of the main growth pillars of BRITA Benelux, you make sure our brand will strengthen its position on top channels such as Amazon and Bol. Here we help consumers make healthier and more sustainable choices.

We have started to build our eCom bases in 2024, now we are looking for you who will bring this basis to the next level. It is a completely new role in our team that we want to establish together with you.

With a brand in transformation and innovations that are going to turn the filtration world upside down, you will get the responsibility of boosting this transformation in eCom.

Thanks to your operational and analytical skills, you can turn market insights into strategic and concrete actions and get the chance to explore new digital opportunities to increase our visibility.

The focus is on collaboration: you work closely with your colleagues in the Benelux and you are the first point of contact in international BRITA hubs.

What we expect from you
First of all, you're a go-getter with a startup mentality who naturally and authentically gets people along in the direction you want them to go. Partnering with Amazon Vendor Services isn't new to you, and when it comes to online portfolio management, data analytics, and content, sponsored product and campaign optimizations, you know exactly how to handle this.
With your broad interest, you can see what is needed and love to both work independently and together with the team to achieve your goals. You like to take ownership within the eCom team because your input, actions and motivations directly influence our results. You like to share your knowledge. You are not afraid to give your opinion. Your years of experience are less important than your work attitude and can-do mentality, but to boost our eCom channels, 5 years of experience in the profession is necessary.
You are quite ambitious, and you're looking forward to your job being quite different in a few years' time. This is how you continue to grow with our brand.

You can expect this from us
- Money. Yes, we're going to pay you for all this too!
- You will work in a ‘combined eCom family’ consisting of: Tiffany our Trade Marketing Manager, Joeri as Digital Marketing Manager, Manon as Marketing Executive and Karin as Sales Key Account Manager.
- All the other team members work partially within the eCom team and are also responsible for other tasks. So you're operating within a matrix structure.
- You are responsible for our eCom channel and therefore you will operationally manage the eCom team, always taking into account the frameworks and other work that the eCom team members still have.
- You can expect a personal and talented coaching from Wouter as Marketing Director who has the day-to-day management of the marketing team where you will be part of.
